Back Story

I grew up surrounded by loans, rates, qualifications, appraisals, etc. My dad was (and still is) a mortgage banker. His company “makes” home loans. Yep, I grew up in a world where you could make something out of nothing; it’s kind of magical when you think about it!

On the flip side, my mom’s dad “made” everything else. He made lamps, furniture, buildings, stained glass sculptures, water fountains, and a pop-up tent trailer for his family camping trips long before you could buy one from Coleman! He even made my baby cradle out of pallets. That was way before it was a thing!

When you grow up with these influences, what’s a girl to do? Buy houses…cheap houses…and fix them with your own two hands. So, I did.

Then I met a man crazy enough to join me and we’ve never looked back!

With each sale, we moved up. Houses weren’t as cheap anymore, and neither were the upgrades we wanted. We’ve learned about green building, energy efficiency, high end finishes, and smart home technology along the way.

Inevitably, we found a house we don’t want to leave. Now, I get to put my experiences, skills, and knowledge to work for my clients.

I’ve been a business owner of some kind for most of my life, but in the last few years I decided to get official. I am now a licensed insurance producer, licensed mortgage loan originator, and a licensed real estate broker in the state of Nebraska.

I have the foundation, the experience, and the education to help you achieve your real estate goals whether buying or selling.
